At the Datamonitor Group it is important to us that we find individuals that fit with our culture and values, as well as having the desired skills and experience for the role. We employ a rigorous application and interview process designed to be a joint effort by both applicant and company to ensure we cover all areas to find a suitable match.

- If you find a suitable vacancy, where appropriate, tailor your CV/resume to best suit the position you are applying for. We also welcome speculative applications.
- Apply online using our application form. Please ensure your application contains a cover letter introducing your CV/resume.
You may apply for multiple positions if you believe you are suitable for the vacancies.
What happens next?
- Our recruitment team evaluates every application received and if the CV/resume you have submitted matches the requirements of the vacancy, we will pass on your details to the relevant hiring manager to review.
- Candidates short-listed for interviews by the hiring manager will be contacted within 14 days, and advised of the next steps of the application process.
- The recruitment process will typically contain: an initial telephone interview; a minimum of two structured interviews with the hiring manager and other members of the team; and skills based tests, psychometric tests or assessment center.
- The selection process is for the benefit of both you and the Datamonitor Group and allows each party to learn about one another. Please use the opportunity to ask questions throughout all stages of this process.
- Hiring managers will evaluate all prospective candidates. This is a very rigorous process and all applications are taken extremely seriously.
- Candidates that have been successful will be contacted by phone at which time a verbal offer will be made. A copy of your contract of employment will be sent to you by post and email.
