At the Datamonitor Group we are keen for our staff to develop and grow both personally and professionally. An extensive set of training and development programs are in place, and are designed to help all employees optimize their capabilities within their role.
Personal training programs are set on a 6-monthly basis during performance appraisals and reviewed to ensure that they suit the needs of the business, the role and the employee. Our training program includes:
- A comprehensive two-day corporate induction program introducing new employees to key members of staff throughout the company
- In-house classroom-based training on a variety of subjects ranging from management training to computer skills and analysis
- A six month analysis introduction program, comprising the key modules required for new analysts to help advance their careers
- A structured three month sales academy, providing training on sales methodologies and relevant skills to develop selling technique
- A group-wide set of courses targeted to the Sales and Marketing functions to improve both soft and hard skills
